HOW IT WORKS

1. Start with a real estate plan

Tell us what you are considering: buying, selling, or determining whether a move makes financial sense.

2. Close with us

The photography benefit is available to clients who successfully close a qualifying purchase or sale with the Espejel Group.

3. Schedule your three sessions

After closing, you will have 12 months to schedule three (3) family photography sessions with Mas Amor Photography, subject to availability and the client-benefit terms.

OFFER TERMS

Photography benefit is available only to eligible clients who enter into the applicable representation agreement with the Espejel Group and successfully close a qualifying real estate purchase or sale with the Espejel Group representing the client. Three sessions must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of closing. Sessions are subject to Mas Amor Photography’s availability, service area, scheduling policies, and client-benefit package terms. Benefit has no cash value, is nontransferable, and cannot be combined with other photography promotions unless approved in writing. Additional travel, location, permit, print, product, upgrade, or rescheduling fees may apply when applicable. Terms may be modified for future clients, but confirmed benefits will be honored according to the terms provided at closing.
